Opportunity Management Center for submission of business proposal is broken

Hello, Is there another method to submit a business proposal to the Xbox Partner Hardware team? Or is team currently not accepting new company applications, thus no longer supporting the "Opportunity Management Center"? Thanks!

Since, you have brought up the topic of submitting of business proposal. The team has investigated this matter which was made possible by contacting Internal Support Team and they have updated us about this. The Opportunity Management Center, for the time being, is no longer being supported.
