Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Closest thing I get to offset the rediculous gold fees are bing reward points translated to amazon gift cards...

If a demo is listed on XBOX Live a "Free" there is no charge for it. If the game is listed on the website as "Gold Exclusive" this means that you need to have an XBOX Live Gold Membership to download the game. Some demo's on LIVE are available to Gold members
first and then within a week or so they are available to free members.

Localization can be expensive just to translate and then you also have to pay fees and navigate all the rating systems which is different for each country. I don't know what the hurdles are to get it in other countries but these could be some.
