Good day! 04/10/15 was paid subscription to XBOX LIVE. Funds are not received. According to the information of the payment system QIWI payment is successful, on transfer of funds is necessary to clarify the provider is MSFT. XBOX LIVE is still not
active. Account from Microsoft indicated that the payment went through 04.10.15. Please explain how to pay in the future and where and why the money is not credited to a XBOX LIVE subscription, paid 04.10.15? Since that time (04/10/15) we cannot log into your
XBOX LIVE account.

Статус Xbox gold перестал быть активным ! Оплата была 15.07.2018 . Просит ещё раз приобрести gold статус . В чем проблема ???
