Unfortunately there is not a way to download an older update. When downloading any new update, it includes everything already included from past updates and there is no way to roll back the update to an older one.

Seeing that this is a duplicate thread I will also be locking this one and keeping your

original one open to discussion.

here, following the steps for an offline system update.

If you're looking for a specific build for a PC or other device running Windows, then you're likely going to have a better time finding an answer in a different category.
