Opens "My Games & Apps" immediately after turning on my Xbox One & it ...

Recently, every time I turn on my Xbox One, as soon as the green Xbox One boot up screen disappears, it freezes on the home screen and immediately opens "My Games & Apps" on its own, and then freezes again for about 20 seconds. I close out of all games and
apps before shutting down every time, so is there a reason this is happening? It's kind of annoying.

Sometimes it will sign me out right after startup as well.

"Something went wrong"

I cannot open my settings (Network Settings) anymore. The last thing my console did was apply an auto update for the console on 11/17/17.

had to go to settings/

system/

console/

Reset console/

IMportant (do the (Reset and KEEP my games & apps)

It all worked after that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My games & apps app won't open. Please help!

My games & apps app on my xbox one dashboard won't open. I checked my storage and it says 100% full. last time i checked it was 37% full. When i try to run my apps they won't launch and it says "We had trouble installing or updating this. Try installing
it again" How do open my games & apps app?

Try performing a hard reset exactly like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test the results.

Hi, same person different device, my console was turning itself off immediately after I turned it on. Then when I got it to turn on my games and apps would crash as I tried to open them multiple times before letting me play. Now that issue is fixed. Apparently
I was gaming sharing with my friend and that's why the game was wiped but I repurchased the game and the files are still there but they wont open.

B0ly's quit the app immediately after starting it "updating" again worked for me. First time I've been able to open the store for a week. Having the issue on both of my Xboxs, so time to try it on the other.

This twitch update is SO BROKEN. after the update every time i open the twitch app. something happens, no other app, no games after that can open and the xbox one wont turn off at all. The only way to reset this is to do a hard reset. THERE IS NO EXCUSE
WHY THIS APP IS MAKING THIS MACHINE DIE. no excuse!

Hello!

I'm going to have to admit to being a bit of an idiot re: the PC games. I wasn't using the Game Pass app for Windows 10. That was my mistake.

The issues regarding the Xbox console are no longer occuring, so I assume it was a server-side problem. The Xbox was turned off for a few hours before being turned back on, and Game Pass games could be downloaded immediately after turning the system back on.
