    Hey Mac, Uber MunkE is correct. If the steps we recommend in the link he provided do not help, your console will need a repair. You can set one up online, here:

    I've had a problem with this in the past. Do you move your system around a lot? Like moving it to different rooms and stuff? That may be the reason why your DVD drive is malfunctioning.
