    Strict to Open ? (Nat)

    Login to your routers admin page.

    The easiest way to get an open NAT is to enable UPnP.

    If that doesn't work, open the ports for Xbox One.

    I've included the port forward guide for your router.

    ghosts says moderate nat, one says open

    I have an Asus RT-N56U router, my nat was open on xb1, but moderate on cod ghosts. my fix was, i turned the firewall off on my router and open nat on ghosts now. I didn't open any ports or anything

    Is Microsoft addressing the strict nat issue?

    In your router settings, set your MAC address of your Xbox One to always force to a specific IP address, and open the Xbox Live ports for that specific IP address. The ports will always be open for that IP, and your Xbox One will always be assigned that
    IP address by your router if you set it up correctly. No issues here with an ASUS RT-N66U router.
