Opening ports for Titanfall

Discus and support Opening ports for Titanfall in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I already forwarded those ports. Portforward.com already covered this.     Opening ports for Titanfall


    I already forwarded those ports. Portforward.com already covered this. It didn't work, and according to CurrPorts, there's a System file I can't close using Port 500.

    just to confirm, since you're using an extender. are you forwarding the ports on the gateway to the ip of the extender?

    No, I thought I was supposed to forward them to the XBox One. And how do I find out the IP of my extender?

    based on the manual. The default is 192.168.1.250

    but check the status page to be sure as this can depend on how your gateway assigns IP's to connected devices

    what didnt work? The UI for the range extender? forwarding the ports to the extender? do you mind taking screenshots of your extender status page and your arris gateway port forward page and posting somewhere so that i can view it?

    Ok answer these questions with yes or no as I am unsure of what your last post refers to.

    Is your xbox connecting to the extender and not the gateway?

    Did the address I posted in the previous post take you to your extenders interface/settings?

    Did you forward the needed ports on your arris gateway to the up of the extender?

    By which I mean, My XBox One is connected to the extender, The address worked, and I forwarded the ports to the extender. Still nothing.

    sorry for the delay in responding. Are you at all able to connect to the gateway directly, instead of thru the extender?

    Never mind, everyone, I finally figured out the problem: it was my extender. I have no idea why, but when I disconnected the extender. I was able to connect just fine.

    And my NAT used to be set to Strict, but when I started changing the settings to open the ports, it went to Open.

    I'm using an Arris TG852G/CT router and a Netgear WN3000RP range extender. Also, when I use checkmyports.net, the message I get is "Port 80 on 10.0.0.100 is closed! - Connection timed out," even though it barely took any time to check.
