    Issues with opening a game

    Well i too have been having the same problems with fortnite. The advice has allways uninstall and re-install and keep repeetong it until it will be resolve and also do not turn your xbox consall off during the updates in the futuer since this tends to
    cause the problem

    Issues with opening a game

    Hi, you can try a couple of things to get it to work.

    1. Do a power cycle on the console (Hold power button down on console until it turns off, wait a couple of minutes and turn back on). Then try the game again.

    2. uninstall, then reinstall the game, once installed, try the game again.

    Hopefully one of these solutions will work for you.

    Try resetting your router or gateway device to refresh your internet. I have found that when I experience connection issues that a reset usually fixes it. Hopefully this resolves your issue.
