Opened ports/Open NAT cant hear in game chat

ok so for about 3 days now the only way i can talk to anyone is through party chat. i have done the following with still no luck and im lost .

I opened all ports needed and always have open nat

i went to my profile setting to make sure all voice communications were aloud

i go into the games settings themselves to make sure i dont somehow have it turnt off

i never received a message saying i lost communicatin privlaves(not that i should have)

i restarted xbox and modem a few times now

its every game but i mainly play the division. on the division i will be in a party chat with my freinds and they all can see the mic indicator of other players talking but i dont see anything. someone please help. the division is one of the few games i
like being in game chat and yet i cant

unable to play online

its a bug affecting this game i opened the ports, tried dmz i have open nat nothing worked just cant play garden warfare and nobody have a solution

Xbox One Issues

I need help too please. Every since the Destiny Beta things are getting worse for me also. My issue is with party chat. Some people can hear me in party chat and some can't. The friend I'm on chat with most hasn't been able to hear me for over 2 wks now.
I can hear him very well. I've done clear cache, clear mac, opened ports, factory reset, my NAT is open, new headset, reboot over and over, reset, everything I can think of. Nothing has helped. Microsoft said as long as NAT is open and the ports are open chat
will work. I don't know what else to do. It's not working! I need help please??? Thank you

Please remove your Xbox Live account of your console with the following manipulations:

1. scroll the home screen to the left to open the guide.

2. Select settings

3 - Select all settings.

4. under "Account", select remove accounts.

5 - Select the account you want to delete.

6 - Select Delete to confirm.

7 - When you are finished, select close

8 - Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it stops.

9 - Disconnect the console power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

10 - Important please wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

11 - Reconnect the console power cable.

12 - Press Xbox your Xbox One console to turn it on

and ADD your account

any more ideas? i tried this 3 times and still cant hear anyone or see mics moving in game chat

do you have a separate modem and router or is it one device ?

about all you can try is reset the router to factory defaults (small button on back , hold in for 30 seconds) , if wireless , try wired or visa versa......if possible , try xbox on a different network (friend or family member) to see if its your xbox or
your network....

Hello,

Thank you for the reply and suggestions. I first set everything to automatic DHCP on my Xbox. The NAT tested as Open but we still could not chat or join.

I then tried port range forwarding and learned that enabling port 53 causes a DNS conflict and my internet fails. With all other ports open as outlined on portforward.com it again tested as an open NAT but still no joining or chatting.

Lastly I tried DMZ; same thing, Xbox reports open NAT but unable to join chat or games.

With all three set ups I get open NAT and can join random games.

Maybe this router is no worth the trouble?
