    Hello,

    When I try to open the Xbox app, it asks me to login on my live account. I get the errors server_error: The contextID supplied in the request did not have a matching cookie, service unavailable, try again later, too many requests, simetimes, just a blank page. Tried all the option, but to receive a code via email, cause de button never works. Im using Iphone 14, and I only have this problem when trying to open the xbox app on, this device. Can you guys help me please?

    Close the Xbox app and open the Xbox Companion app, if you haven't installed it, download it from the Microsoft Store.

    Open the app and try to log in with your account on it and then open the Xbox app and see if that resolves the issue.

    To help resolve any issues with an application in the Store, we recommend clearing the Store Cache. Kindly perform the following steps:

    1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

    2. Type WSReset.exe and click OK.

    3. The Store and a command prompt will be prompted without any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.

    Thank you very much for trying to help, it's sad that nothing came of it. I'll try somehow then completely clean Windows and return the computer to the factory settings, maybe it will help

    But if I find what the problem is before I drop the OS, I will definitely write here how I solved the error
