    Hello,

    I'm just please wanting some help with my account, not this account but my account that has been banned. i have contacted xbox support on several occasions who have advised me to post in the forums about my request. I have had an appeal lodged my ticket
    is currently open and its been over a week since the decision was upheld. i lodged an appeal over a week ago about the decision, which i have no information on what happens from there. i have had to sign into this account in order to post this to the forums
    as my acc can not access the forums.

    i don't want to go into great detail but i the xbox agents i have spoken to told me to post here, could a member from the enforcement team please email me as i have anxiety and would like to try avoid commenting and discussing this in detail with somebody from
    xbox. I can provide the Gamertag in email and any other details. the team members i have spoken to about this have told me that my appeal is currently being reviewed and the case is open but i have no idea what is happening. im trying to be patient but everyone
    at xbox i try to speak to about this says they cant really help me. Can somebody please from the xlpet email me in regards to this.

    not sure if i am posting in the correct area or not but just following the directions i have been given, they told me the enforcement team would email me if i posted in the forums... so here i am Open ticket with XLPET information. :D

    any help would be appreciated.

    You posted in the correct area before to get this information. But no one here can help you., as the XLPET said your ban will stay in effect for those 16 days..The XLPETS are the ones that remove bans or keep them.

    Ok I have four open tickets that were supposed to be fixed by September 20 it is now November 6. I have been trying to get these tickets worked on since January this year as they deal with your stupid not working security proofs, And now your 1800 number
    is no longer accepting calls. and your twitter site does not respond to my tweets. Now I have been told by you the xbox supervisiors that this will be fixed but I have been hearing the same crap for 11 months now. Why is it that your company refuses to fix
    this ongoing problem??? Is it that all you want is our money??? I was an ambassador right up until June of this year when you removed me for asking this same question and now I get no response on these four tickets. It is very sad that as a Whole your company
    refuses to handle customer problems, When it is us the customers that pay your wages, because without us you would have no job would you?? I know have to uninstall and reinstal my profile every time I turn my XBOX on to play a game this is not right at all

    Ummm why did you even bother making service notes

    You do realize support has nothing to do with enforcement right !?

    No notes will help you as they have no information on enforcement nor do they have acceas to what suspended you

    Support cannot review network data

    That being said nothing can be done and there is no further steps as the decision was upheld

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. As ngocphi stated, if they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

  6. that is correct the decision was upheld and i made an appeal to that, play fair? how do you know i wasnt playing fair. Just because i have a ban doesn't mean i am not "playing" fair. Please dont jump down me as all i am simply doing is following what the
    xbox support told me. Why did i make service notes? hmmm maybe because i am appealing it and i actuallyt never said xbox support could do anything i simply said i talked to them and an appeal was made from a manager not just from one chat. as i mentioned i
    am happy to go into detail with the correct person.

    im not going to go back and forth with people regardless of an ambassador or not gives you no right to make assumptions and give me a generic answer when you don't know anything abou the case apart from the details i mentioned. I don't know if the enforcement
    team check the forums or not as i mentioned im simply following directions that they told me. And why is it that 4 seperate xbox support tell me that the ticket is open so are you now telling me that all four agents and manager are misleading and lying to
    me? i also fail to see how a 500 character note can give you any ground to defend yourself. yes the decision was upheld i made an appeal as i don't think a poor copy and pastre egeneric response is good enough. so if what both of you are telling me is that
    all four xbox support members lied thats pretty weak on their side and im guessing now i'll have to follow up. also no further steps? so yeah lets just leave people in the dark, you can't just assume every single person knows the process.

    The enforcement team used to use the forums, but stopped about a year ago. Unfortunately it seems that phone and chat support are unaware of that change and are known to send people to the forums with incorrect information when it comes to anything they
    don't handle directly.

    Everything you need to appeal is in the terms of use in the legal section

    Not sure why you aren't understanding that

    Support has no power vs pet as they cannot verify anything you say and have to refer to PET as they have the evidence and the access needed to verify anything

    And the appeal process after case review is clearly spelled out which has nothing to do with support

    Artbitration which doesn't take notes.from support only PET notes
