Open question to Microsoft regarding Elder Scrolls Online

I submitted the below feedback to Elder Scrolls Online support. I've been an avid player of the game since 2018. Due to the recent acquisition of Bethesda by Microsoft, I'd like a response from Microsoft as well regarding their commitment to the Elder Scrolls Online player base. The most recent patch of the game was released after the acquisition and it has rendered the game unplayable. Please see below:

The game is unplayable since the latest patch (Flames of Ambition). Here's a partial list of my daily experience on both EU and NA servers:
-Bank lag, personal and guild
-Error 307 booted from server
-UI error booted from game
-Internal error booted from game
-Game crash repeatedly when turning in master writs
-Error/crash interacting with guild vendors
-Game crash/error in mail menu
-Game quits at login, no error message given
-Many others I can't remember at the moment

Here's a list of my investment thus far in the ESO game and ESO-related Microsoft fees. These are combined expenses for 2 separate accounts with both EU and NA server presence on each account:
-XBox Live: $457
-ESO+: $1312
-ESO game & updates/DLC: $1423
-ESO crown packs: $980
TOTAL: $4172

I have two questions for ESO and Microsoft:
-how many business contracts renew when one party pays thousands and the other fails to deliver what was purchased?
-when do you intend to fix the game?

Please advise. I will share the above with Microsoft directly as well as on social media.
