Open NAT on console, moderate on ghosts

Discus and support Open NAT on console, moderate on ghosts in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm sure most people have figured it out by now and I'm behind times.     Open NAT on console, moderate on ghosts


    I'm sure most people have figured it out by now and I'm behind times. I have finally achieved open NAT on my console, even though I have to manually do it quite often. My main problem is I have moderate on ghosts(because aw sucks). I've had several conversations
    with Xbox support, my ISP, and my router company and after trying what I would assume every option possible many times over I can't achieve open nat on the game. Can anyone help?? This has consumed every waking hour of mine lately. Thanks

    Can change Nat type from mod to open

    Well iam on bt a home hub 5. Since getting the console the dashboard test shows moderate nat and also mod nat on cod ghosts. yesterday my nat on dasboard is now open but still moderate in ghosts.

    Nat open on dashboard but moderate in cod ghosts?

    When i first got the console nat on dashboard and in cod ghosts were moderate. Turned console on yesterday and nat is open on dashboard and still moderate on ghosts. I could try the port forwarding fix, but the fact my nat is now open in one thing but mod
    in another is kinda confusing.

    If it plays ok I wouldn't worry about it I'm pretty sure the same thing used to happen with cod on the 360 at times

    Any time I ever played a COD game I found the NAT type could be anything. I've gotten STRICT, MODERATE, and OPEN. It rarely ever matched what my console said I had. I'll just say it's an issue with the games. I also found
    that my game experience was the same no matter what type NAT the game said I had. I just got to where I ignored it. If you can play ok I wouldn't worry about it.

    I get moderate on bo3 beta and open on gears:UE, have no idea why

    Unless you're having major issues connecting to games or friends, leave it as it is. NAT has zero effect on ping times or on-line lag.

    This is a common problem on some of the COD titles.

    On the last game I know my son and others I know reported this issue. It would tell them "Moderate" or "Strict" in the game but when they ran a Network Test on the Xbox One console it said "Open"

    I believe there was a thread on Xbox.com where a lot of others reported the same problem.

    As long as your having no issues then I honestly wouldn't worry about it.
