    Hello,

    I have been getting some issues with opening my NAT recently. I have the IP address as 192.168.2.50 and the same in the DMZ on the router settings, so normally I click Test Multiplayer Connection and then restart router and boom. Its open, but after the November
    update its been saying 'Your network is good, but xbox live is not'. So I cannot open my NAT, as I need to get the Error which talks about the Terredo IP adress. Any help?

    Also I know this isnt xbox related but does anyone else's COD AW take ages to load once you click Xbox Live? It takes ages to connect and sometimes doesnt.... It was like that for me on Ghosts too.... Help?

    I meant to say I had no issues with xbox 1 open nat but did on COD, I had to open port 3075 to get open nat on COD ghost.

    As the title, my xbox one says the nat type is open while in cod: aw says nat type is strict. Anything wrong about that?

    You will be more likely to get help if you post the make and model number of your router.

    Someone with knowledge of that router may then be able to help you.

    Strict NAT on Advanced Warfare

    I think this is a common issue, I have OPEN NAT on everything but when it comes to AW, it drops to MODERATE.

    Pretty sure it's the Servers that AW are using.

    Hey GraspingPizza5! Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    To start, can you reply back with some further detail to make sure we get you pointed in the right direction?

    1. Are you seeing that with an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

    2. Are you using any sort of headset while playing, or just the TV speakers?

    3. Is there any sort of A/V Receiver or other home audio equipment in your setup?

    4. Do you still get sound in other games, when you play, or when navigating the dashboard or menus?

    5. What troubleshooting steps, if any, have you already tried, to resolve this issue?

    Absolutely nothing to do with opening nat. Its COD. Close cod after playing will resolve this issue.
