Open NAT - can't show friends - cant launch party

Followed all instructions to get NAT open

All ports forwarded

Cleared MAC address

Restarted 40+ times

Verizon Fios ISP

When launch xbox, live takes a few minutes to "work". After that friends app does not work until multiple tries. Destiny gives error of either "you need to be connected to the internet" or "need to be logged into xbox live". After multiple retries
of destiny, when trying to see friends online from in-game roster, nobody appears. Cannot launch party from party app. I could go on for days here, but this thing flat out does not work.

im wondering why cant i connect to my friends party or game we both have open Nat Type

 

Party chat issues

My problem started a week ago with party chat with my friends when in a party using kinect for microphone my friends can hear me but i cant hear them.

I have a sagemcom router model number:F@ST2504n

The system says I have open nat and even did the nat wizard to make sure. It does say in the detailed description that I have open nat but behind a coned nat.



Any possible assistance greatly appreciated.

 

You may please try to do a system cache reset and check if that helps.

To do so please hold the powerbutton of the One for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even if the One turns off after a few seconds. Wait for the power supply to change is color to orange and then stqrt console again.
