Discus and support Open NAT blocked party chat settings in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but I have the most up to date preview program update and I have a good connection with open nat type,...     Open NAT blocked party chat settings


    I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but I have the most up to date preview program update and I have a good connection with open nat type, open ports on my router but can't party chat with anyone! I've tried resetting and restarting everything!
    Can someone please help!

    Why cant i use Party Chat on XB1?

    Party chat is working fine for me.

    Is your NAT set to open?

    Yes we both had it Open. Ill have to try later and see if it was a Microsoft problem.

    Couple of questions

    1. Can you start your own party and have someone join?

    2. Can you hear other people if you are in a party?

    3. Are you using 1st party or 3rd party Controller(If it's an official controller, it it up-to-date? Also if using a 3.5 jack headset are you using the adapter or plugging straight into controller?

    4. What are you using as your mic(Headset/Kinect) make sure it's not muted

    Now that everything is working any party chat I join show me as disconnected with the error code 0x807a1007 saying my network settings are blocking party chat. Was working fine earlier and I have an open NAT

    Edit* After a quick search it seems this is for opening your NAT, mine shows open at all times, even when I am disconnected from the party and it says my network settings are blocking party chat. When I select “go to network settings” it shows Open.
