Open case review IMPOSSIBLE????????

Unfortunately the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the only way to contact them is via a case review with an active suspension. I would make sure to go over the Community Standards with him and makes sure he understands them.

I will ask him about the LFGs but I don't think that's it based on the below.

I did get email but it does not tell me anything except they took down whatever was offensive.

But I don't know what he did.

He is Autistic so I have to be very specific with him to teach him.

OK, if other players complained then the reason is most often the use of curse words or unsportsmanlike behaviour like playing against your own team.

I don't know how old your son is, but most often it happens to teenagers that they don't see the difference between trash talking with their friends in school or at home and writing in the internet or in game chats (doesn't matter if autistic or not ^^).

It also happens that other players try to provoke others so they are breaking the rules and then they report them.

Again I can just guess but from my experience these are the most often reasons to get a ban. If you are not sure if he understands it yet, you can change and block his communications with other players in the privacy settings.

The enforcement team staff are the only ones who have this information but you or your son should have received some emails. So you should check the spam filter first.

I can only guess, but it sounds to me like he was trying to use LFGs for trading items what is not aloud. You can ask him if he was using LFGs and how ! But again, I can only guess !

Do people even respond to these? Please have someone case review me.. It's seemingly always the same thing in this game.. people get mad over small things, and its straight to the report button. Then it's their word against mine how is that fair? I've mostly
been playing with friends. In any case.. I would like to know what it is I did wrong because I don't believe I did anything against Microsoft's TOS.
