Oops something went wrong! Money gone.

I recently bought the mirage edition for apex legends and when I did so I got the error message “oops something went wrong” I cancelled out and I have no add on for apex and I still have to purchase it. I tried resetting my Xbox and clearing the cache, my order history also isn’t showing the purchase but it’s showing on my bank statement. Hope you can give me the thing I bought, cheers.

If it does, then just give it some more time. It could take upto 24 hours to get the items sometimes. If the purchase doesn't show on the link, then not to worry, it means the transaction failed and the money will be refunded back to your account automatically within 24 hours. You don't have to do anything else.
