Ontkoppel de netwerkkabel

Probleem,

De Xbox One zegt ontkoppel de netwerkkabel. Maar er is helemaal geen kabel aanwezig. Hierdoor kun je niet via de WIFI verbinden.

Waar kan dit in zitten? Geen netwerkkabel aanwezig maar toch deze melding geven. Nooit problemen gehad en opens komt de Xbox met deze melding.

als het alleen gebeurt als je online speelt dan kan het wellicht met je netwerkverbinding te maken hebben, hoe is je Xbox One met internet verbonden? Als dit via Wi-Fi is probeer het dan eens om te verbinden met een netwerkkabel (als dit mogelijk is) om
te kijken of het probleem zich dan nog steeds voordoet.

Het is wellicht ook handig om de netwerk test op de Xbox One console eens uit te voeren om te kijken wat deze terug geeft.
