This is why I adjusted the hypothetical release date to 2030, put it in a similar context. In 2030 both events will be similarly out of people's minds and open to being referenced.

I have no doubt that the first people to take aim at the Twin Towers will be shunned by a horrified populace and likely face a lawsuit but I am very interested to see exactly how that goes. Corporate suicide or high-risk, edgy gesture? It will be interested.

In any case, the odds of a map featuring an exploding space shuttle, which is already obsolete technology, being released on the anniversary of an uncannily similar disaster being a coincidence is extremely unlikely. They will know what they were doing and
it will definitely have been deliberate.

 

well isnt it ironic that in mw2 in the toilet they had some muslim poster or something, cant remember what it was and they took that down in an hour, do you think they will re-edit the shuttle, somehow i doubt it and its obvious why

 

Incredibly unfortunate timing, agreed, and I'm not sure what to make of it. But comparing a space exploration disaster to a massive terrorist attack is at best, ridiculous. "Well, if in 2030....." Really, Bob? You didn't used to be this... off.

 

Haven't tried to new maps yet, only Extinction (although I will need to play them to shoot the hives for that one achievement), and that new Extinction map is TOUGH. I'm getting it down to killing a breeder rather fast but those challenges as well are new
and difficult.
