Only See My Character

Hello, could you please be more specific regarding your issue. Do you play on your PC? or on the Xbox Console?

If you are on the console I suggest that you try the following steps:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

1- Go to settings on your Xbox

2- Select system

3-Select storage

4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud

If the issue still persists after going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 10-15 seconds plug all your cables back in and then restart your console.

I'm happy to see that when you do an execution, if your in first person it goes three person for you so you can see your character being bad@ss...I love designing my character but I play first person only so I never really see my character...Now I get too,
I'm still not planning on playing three person even though they made it a playable mode

Perhaps you would know...Hello. I am new to xbox and call of duty. My son is gone and has his own character. I would like to create my own character to develop. On the screen I only see his character. Another character is a guest possibility. How do I create

thank you for your response but the only thing is the pass that we redeemed when it downloaded after that the 4 characters started dowloadin and later that day when i went back to my settings than storage and clicked mortal kombat it showed me that all 4
characters were dowloaded, but i cannot see the characters in the game any suggestions on how i can see them?

I have already tried this and i can only see the first two characters of the email my phone number is connected with, the rest are censored out.
