Only my Xbox One is lagging...

I've had my console for more than a year. I play on wifi, never had a problem with it. When I do the speed test on my xbox one it says that I have: 26 mb download, 3.2 mb upload, 0% packet loss, 87 ms latency, 100% wireless strength. Everything else on my
internet still works. However, I can't play any online games without lagging the whole time, and I can't even watch videos through the apps. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I haven't found anything that will fix it.

after UPDATE.....

after I did my update on my XBOX ONE and the COD ghost......it keeps Synchronizing and it will take a few mins but it always pops up every time I play...... is this normal? I'm also experiencing some lagging really bad...checked all the cables and everything
but still lagging...FWI i'm using Wifi only......but seriously after my Update it's been LAGGING HORRIBLY

Severe lagging in COD: Black Ops 2 games on Xbox 360

I have the same probleme with lagging.

i only have one game on my xbox, it's BO2

Have you checked your nat settings?

Have you tried a hard reset to see if it will help? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

yo me too my xbox lag but when i start the xbox with only my USB drive they don't lag but i have 8 go on my USB so when i have to download a new update i don't have I do not have enough go-then is it that I should buy one with more go
