    Hello,

    I wanted to buy Mass Effect Andromeda and why not look for other interesting games on my xbox one in the market. However, no matter what game or App I clicked on, it would just lead me to the list of feedbacks and reviews of this title and nothing on the
    game itself, no summary or "buy" button. Only the reviews of the players and an opportunity for me to put one myself. Is it normal ?

    I appreciate your feedback. For those of us committed to purchasing the Xbox One, there is nothing else for us to do except to read and wait.

    Regardless, I have heard MANY similar reviews about the games you suggested. Ryse is definitely a game that I am most curious about if only because of the mixed previews/reviews that everyone has experienced, including editors. So far, the only negative
    feedback that I've read was from GameInformer; other than them, most users have had surprisingly good things to say about it. Right now, it's definitely one of the first games that I am renting from GF.

    Also to note, Bungie do not read these forums either, and the only way Microsoft will be able to properly review your complaint/feedback is via a relevant complaints or feedback form ONLY.

    Xbox Live Enforcement & Complaints

    Currently the only way to contact Xbox Enforcement is through their website, and they also don't read these forums. My only suggestion is to keep the GT they gave you or pay to change it as there really isn't any other option left. You can leave feedback
    in the Feedback Hub app about your experience with Xbox Enforcement and maybe Microsoft will review it.

    Rep question.

    My only problem with rep is do people honestly leave good feedback, I know I never have. If I review it's because they pissed me off or they were doing something they shouldn't be doing in a game. so bad review.
    Exactly my problem with rep. The only time I leave good feedback is people that make it to my friends list. The only time I leave bad feedback or file a complaint is for C.O.D. games; if I "believe" they are cheating/lag-switching/etc. they get an "Avoid".
    The only time I file a complaint is if "I know". The rep system has always been flawed.
