I feel you. My day one controller is unresponive now. Only button that works is center XBox button

tap the center guide button (the big center button on your controller.)>sign out with the blue 'x' button. then hit the guide button again and select "download profile" then enter your credentials

Yes it is the X buttton on my controller. I am not having power issues. It is simply the X button that is unresponsive. My A, B, and Y button work, as does the rest of the controller. the problem is only the X button. I am out of warranty so im basically

You can also redeem the game on the console by pressing the Guide button on the controller. That is the big button with the green X in the center of the controller. Then scroll to the left and select Redeem Code.
