    Only apps will load not games. Strange issue..


    Hi wondering if anyone can help me?

    My xbox orginal won't load any of my games but strangely it will load apps such as Netflix, Amazon etc... with no issues.

    It won't load either disc or installed games.

    All I get is an error saying:

    "Please try again.

    For some reason (INSERT GAME NAME HERE) has taken too long to start. (0x8027025a) "

    Any help or advice?

    Hey, i have the same issue. what works for me is loading the youtube app. seriously, sounds strange but it works :) only other option is to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in.

    It only does it on netflix. I've loaded up games and other apps i.e. amazon video with no issues.

    The strange thing is that even when I try to create a group it keeps loading.
    In theory, it should redirect to xbox app.

    Netflix App Crashing...

    Seems like the only time I can get into the app is after I restart the router. Very strange since none of the other apps have this issue.

    Any ideas?

    Tried that as well (soft reset) It’s a very strange problem. I created the first account or Profile, and followed by creating the others for my wife and two kids. The adult game (ghost recon) only works under my wifes account but that still has its issue
    with loading. I mentioned in a previous post more than half the time the game doesnt load, it brings me right back to the home screen. I have to attempt to play the game many times before it loads.

    Same issue with nba2k20 , only with that one when it does load, i occasioanlly see halows or the charactera (players) are blacked out.
