Only a small thing but.........

I've been trying to change my gamerpic to a custom image the last day or so but everytime I try its states it is unable to do so. I've tried on the xbox itself, on the browser and on the mobile app but same result everytime. Don't usually need help but
it's frustrating me. Thanks

This message has been on the XBOX Support for a few weeks now and there is no advice when it will be restored. You will have to be patient.

We've temporarily turned off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds.

Xbox Support website contains a notification on the front page explaining more about this issue. We recommend keeping an eye on the support page to find out when the feature enabled. We

As the moderator said it’s been temporey disabled to help the servers stay online as much as possable because how many people are trying to be on xbox at once.
