Only a small portion of credits were deposited

i submitted a deposit request for 14100 rewards credits and it only deposited 2000 on the 28th ._. Can i haves the rest please ?

Rewards credits not deposited

only a small amount of my credits were deposited on the 28th of this month, I have a lot more than that that haven’t been deposited at the same time and were not deposited on the 30th, I was looking to buy some limited time stuff in a game but with only
some credits being deposited this may not be possible.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So if you submitted a request, it would have been for less than the 14,100. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month
after you have at least 5,000 pending. So the rest of the credits that were earned after the request would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12. There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates.

They would be scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month since you earned them after the 1st. Credits have to remain pending through 1 deposit cycle.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th if the next month.

the following month. This is why only a portion of your Credits were deposited on March 29th. The remainder of your Credits that occurred in the latter half of last month will be a part of the mid-April deposit.
