    I just want to say how absolutely stupid this revision to the message system is. I can no longer send a message to all friends, instead having to manually select 32 each time. Why even have a 'select all' if you cannot add them all to the message in the
    first place.

    It is now just as bad as the horribly laggy Edit Recipients function on Xbox 360. Change this back please, it makes organising gaming sessions and finding out game information from friends an absolute nightmare.

    No, I have 14 friends over Xbox Live.

    All my friends can be viewed on website, Xbox one, smartglass.

    My problem is that when I go to message my friends via the web site xbox.com and press the add recipient + Button in the new messages box it will only display 4 of the 14.

    On Xbox One and Smartglass I can message all 14 no worries, its only on Xbox.com

    I know that if you try to send Xbox Live messages to your friends from this site, the limit is 25 recipients. On Xbox 360, there is no limit. Just tick through the boxes it starts off with your friends then recent players. Don't tell me why.

    yes you can. when it says add recipient, just select all of your friends. Please also keep in mind though, they will see who else you send it to, so if you have friends that don't like each other, I would be careful.

    Fixed.... Apperntly not.

    You can send messages to your Friends on www.xbox.com - Click Messages under the Social Tab at the top. Choose the + Button to the right of Add Recipients and then click Select all when the Box pops up. Then write your message underneath.

    For clarity on where the restriction is noted - the site does state that gift will only work in the country it was purchased in.

    When purchasing on the website, it's stated
    before confirming the purchase, right above the buttons to choose Cancel or Next. On the console it's on the page to the right of where a user selects the Xbox friend/entering the recipient email address on the console.

    The following text is what is on that page: "Your gift will be sent as a digital code that your recipient can redeem in [country of purchase] only. Recipient must meet any age requirements. Learn more about
    Microsoft Gift Terms and Conditions and Microsoft Store Terms of Sale."

    As for contacting a refund specialist - you have to go through the email address in the decision email. Customer support will not be able to assist.
