Only 24 digit code?

I have a code for 240 microsoft points I forgot to use and it's only 24 digits? Anyone know a location where I can use the 24 digit code?

Where are you getting the code from? You say 24 digit but xbox live codes are 25 digits.

hi i bought a new copy of forza motorsport 4 from game the code for the benchmark and top gear track says invalid its asking for a 25 digit code but this one is only 24 digits long what do i do?? any help would be appriciated thanks

 

Have you tried simply redeeming it here:
account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode ? All official Microsoft Xbox codes are 25 digits, no exceptions. Perhaps you miscounted?

Where did you obtain this card from? If you got it from anywhere other than Microsoft themselves or a Retail store, there's a chance you may have a fake points card.

 

I have the same problem. It's not a fake code like TenthStreetRed suggested, it's just an old code.

I'm wondering if there's any way to redeem these codes despite their age.

 

Unfortunately I believe those codes have expired at this point.

 

I have the same problem. As soon as I got my Xbox 1 I got the 14 day free trial Xbox live code, I went on "redeem code" then I typed it in, It only came up with 24 digits, for eg 77777-4567-12345-67891, that is what it was like, the 2nd round of numbers
only came up with 4, what do I do? I've tried the website and Xbox 1. ;(
