Only 15% wireless speed?

So my Xbox one is only getting about 15% of my download speed (20mbs) at 96% signal strength. latency is 25ms with 0 packet loss. At the same spot even farther away my phone gets 167mbs. obviously wired connection isn't an option at the moment. I'm not
your common household idiot so Ive tried the obvious stuff. basically this is 100% my Xbox that's the problem. but why and how can I fix this without a wired connection

Question about 360 controller for PC

The wired pads are up to £25 where as the receiver is only £15.

Its works just the same as the Xbox, just sync the pad to wireless receiver holding the button on the pad and the button on the wireless receiver.

Controllers can only be synced to either the xbox or wireless receiver at a time. The controller cannot be synced to both.

Connected Wireless to my Xbox (Because my router is too far away to wire)
I have an Arris Router Model DG860

From my xbox...
9.98 download, 1.17 Upload
1% Packet Loss
Latency is 182 ms
77% Wireless Strength

Also, I don't have any more internet options, Only Time Warner and AT&T in my area

Can you please confirm if this an Xbox One or an Xbox One S console? As the Xbox One S supports the AC wifi standard where the original one does not and this will make a big difference to your wireless download speeds on the console.

Also if you have not already done so make sure you connect your console using the 5Ghz frequency.

 

Xbox one. and yeah Its on the 5ghz signal.

 

You will probably not be able to get a much faster wireless download speed on the console due to it only supporting the N standard WiFi and not the not the newer faster AC standard as on the Xbox One S.
