    My 11 year old is not a fan of Microsoft!

    This was his 1 big present. So fun....Hours of crap with no resolution.

    He will only buy Apple products for sure. I should buy more Apple stock tomorrow.

    A 1 year warranty is pretty common on electronics like consoles. I don't see how it means Microsoft does not trust their products.

    Sorry dude but its not Microsoft fault, they only provide 12 months guarantee.

    You have owned the Xbox One for roughly 2 years, the guarantee is only for 1 year.

    I'll let you do the maths.

    Xbox app wont recognise a product which I bought

    I have done both of these and there's no change. The app still does not recognise that I own the product. As for the second solution that's how I discovered that the app does not think that I own the product. I click on the link it opens the app. Its only willing to install it cause I have a current subscription to gamepass. If I do the same thing with another product that is in my library its states that I owe it and will let me do it regardless of gamepass subscription status.
