Only 1 month Warranty ??? Help

hey I bought my daughter a Xbox one s for Christmas and it's already having problems. Went thru the help guide and was told at the end that the Xbox must be repaired.

so I just Registered the device to my account and it shows the limited warranty ended in January of 2020!!! That would be less then 1 month from when I bought it....

I guess tomorrow I need to call support since they are closed already.

was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and can maybe tell me how it worked out....

Once you get a copy of the receipt you would need to contact Xbox support and they will ask for a copy of your receipt they would then be able to correct the warranty end date for you.

Where did you purchase the item from? If it was not an authorized retailer, then it's possible that the warranty started prior to your purchase. It's also possible they sold you a used/broken device and passed it off as new? I would contact them to
see why that might be the case.

Well I just read that I can update my warranty as long as I have my receipt when I purchased it.. Hopefully I can contact Walmart and with my credit card number they will be able to find it and get me a copy...

This happen a lot with this console, same problem, only a few days pass after the warranty and the console its dead
