Online voice chat issues

I'm having issues with online players voice chat recently everything was working fine like a few weeks ago but now when I go on forza horizon 3 i can't hear anyone online through earbuds or through my tv speakers but I can see the chat icon showing by there
name when they talk and when I stream my game to my pc on the xbox app and plug ear buds in the pc I can hear people but on xbox I can't and I've tried a lot of things but I think it could be the hdmi cable but not sure I've tried 3 different ones and still
the same I'm probably gonna buy a brand new hdmi cable but seeing if anyone knows about this before I do thanks

Voice chat issues

Honestly, my first guess would be that there's an issue with the account, at least more so than the connection. There are a couple things we can try to narrow it down for sure. Can you take your console to a friend's house, to try it and your account on
their network? Can you have a friend come over and try their account on your console? Can you try your account on a friend's console? Please keep us posted!

 

Voice chat issues

The in-game Volume settings are much the same as the general Xbox ones and do not change anything. I unfortunately don't have any other voice chat games like Black Ops so I do not know if it is limited to that game.

 

You may want to check the email associated with your Gamertag to make sure nothing has happened to your account communications.
