    Online version of MS Solitaire Collection Hangs Indefinitely


    The ad server on the online Solitaire Collection site is hanging indefinitely when it's trying to load an ad video. Nothing displays but blue background & animated playing cards when trying to start a game. For past week, I'm unable to play daily challenges
    on any PC or browser. This is maddening, it's happened on and off all too frequently, and it's been reported by many people from as far back as 2015. Surely, someone must be aware of this problem. Is Microsoft having trouble finding sponsors to provide
    the ad videos? Sometimes, after numerous reloads and game playing attempts, an ad will finally play and then the game loads. And, it's always the same ad, as if videos from other sponsors won't play, and I just have to wait for the one that works to come
    around again. I will cease to visit this website if some action isn't taken to resolve the stuck ads.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Already I have purchased solitaire collection premium last week for 1 year.

    Because of some problem, I have formatted the drive & re-installed windows 10 pro & solitaire collection.

    But solitaire collection is asking me to pay for it to get the premium version.

    What shall I do to get 'PREMIUM' version without paying again.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Version is 2.3.1406.1149

    I'm sorry to see any issues with ads in the web version of Solitaire! If you're on a Windows 10 PC, have you tried the PC app? There's also apps on both Android and iOS for this game that you can try out. If you can try those out, let me know if you still
