    I really didn't want to post this in an open forum but trying to get someone from Xbox/Microsoft to deal with this is getting beyond ridiculous given the seriousness of the situation.

    A young gamer has been manipulated into giving both his bank account and xbox live account details to another player, this player has then in turn passed on those details to 5 other players and the total amount stolen so far exceeds £2400. (all spent on
    DLC and suchlike)

    I've tried to report this and I do have a case number but I've been told it will take upto 72 hours before anyone can contact me. This isn't good enough hence I've posted here to hopefully get a reaction.

    If you want to be seen to be taking your safeguarding responsibilities seriously I urge someone to contact me ASAP so the relevant information can be passed and you can take the appropriate action.

    Posting here will achieve nothing as no one from the enforcement team read these forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done anywhere else.

    You would need to contact your bank & cancel any cards linked to that account & dispute the charges.
