Purchase a prepaid code for Fallout 3 Xbox 360, game said plays on Xbox One.

Trying to activate my code gives an unexpected error try again later

Customer support via chat, they reported me to write here. I do not get the codes from Xbox Live to redeem old titles Gears of War 1 2 3.

cant redeem online codes for gears of war 1 and 3

i cant redeem online codes for the gear of war 1 and 3 but i could redeem 2 and jugdment. i try changing region on mi console, hardreset, erasing my profile nothing work i need new codes. and xbox support told me to post this here so you can solve the problem.

Guessing the error was due to me not using the code on a Xbox 360 I tried on my 360, said it was ok and was going to download 5.4GB

Active downloads shows nothing, the game isn't on my console and the code now reports used

What have I done wrong here.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are attempting to redeem a prepaid code, but it has already been redeemed. We have a support article that provides

troubleshooting for code issues. You mentioned that you put in a request to change the code. Are you referring to the request a new code link at the bottom of the support page we provided? Be sure to let us know the results!

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. As Smwutches said, you can contact support to receive this type of info. You can also attempt to take care of this yourself from this link here :

Request a new digital code

Follow the steps that lead you to "Error : Code was already redeemed"

From there you can request a new code. A Microsoft agent will then handle your case.

The codes have not been redeemed by my and the Support Rep said that the codes could be bad & I should post here to have this matter resolved.
