Online support absolutely useless!

So here is my problems so far with Xbox One...

My Kinect blew up after a week of use, i have requested a replacement 3 times and have not received a box or an address to send it to and when i try to get live help through the website, it does absolutely nothing.

If i attempt to go through any sort of support, it does nothing.

Just garbage!

What is a direct email address that i can use to contact some Indian guy who i can barely understand in order to attempt to have this garbage replaced?

Profile is causing Xbox one to crash and turn off

Same problem here. Been on with support techs 4 times in an online chat and I've rang them too. Still no fix, absolutely useless. Are you guys on a child account too?

Hi there have you tried calling them at 1-800-4my-xbox see if that helps eliminate frustration on your behalf.

Call could not be connected...

So i called 1800555147 and got through.

So apparently the problem is that the l on the end of my hotmail address was not there. It took the lady 45 minutes of keeping me on hold to fix the problem and then cancel the original replacement request. Then it took another 10 minutes to resubmit a new
request with the correct email address.

Then she tells me that she is having "problems with her system" and that she would call me back tomorrow to confirm i had received the confirmation email.... comical.

I guess i will see tomorrow if she really does call me back or not.
