    Online Subscription Problem


    Hello Support,

    Few hours ago I subscribed for a month of on line playing but it still does not work, especially with Forza Motorsport 6 or Fifa 15.

    My device: X box One

    problem with XBOX LIVE for 12 months not working

    I have same exact problem, eventhout I bought two subscriptions today ( gold online)

    Owned games vs. GamePass membership

    Unless they're online games that require a subscription to play online, you shouldn't have any problem keeping games you've purchased.

    Removed account, cycled power off, waited, restarted, reinput profile/account, same problem:

    Shows only: Manage Subscription.

    Subscription is active in the console and online in my accounts.
