That is weird and unheard of. Unless yall bother appearing offline and it cant be because of blocking because it would automatically remove you from the other person friends list. Privacy setting maybe?

I moved your comments and those followed and created your own thread for assistance. We don't recommend going into old threads even if they may seem relevant as three months is a good amount of time for things to change from the original issue and you may
find the issue is completely different. So instead we recommend just coming to the forums and creating your own topic and that way you will get the most exposure on your own created thread.

Are you still not able to see the correct status of your gf's profile and is it only her profile? Are you both playing on the same network? Is it the same on her end and only your profile she can't see the correct status? If that's the case, then it could
be related to overlapping channels causing some data to not be received for her status and vice versa.
