Online status unknown

After changing the email address attached to my account today my online status is showing as unknown. With this, I do not have access to the store or ability to play online which more or less makes my xbox unusable.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, is there a fix??

Online status unknown

My account states that my online status is unknown, im connected through wifi but i cant connect to any game servers, i try loading rocket league and it says no game servers are online the same thing happens when i try and play fortnite or rainbow six,
ive tried deleting my account and adding it back on which fixed everything for a good 20 minutes and than it went back to doing the samething, i need help cause this is giving me a headache.

It appears that the account status is being indicated as unknown, stopping you from being able to access some features on the Xbox One console.

Our suggestion here, attempt to follow our How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console article.

After changing you email address did you remove your profile from the xbox and add it back with the new email address?

Yes like I said, above I tried that. When I signed back on I got an error message, when I go into content restrictions on the xbox it says, "Your content restrictions are in effect, but cannot be changed until we connect to the service". When I got into
privacy it says " There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again". I get that problem with almost everything I try to access
