    Online Status Issue


    For the past few weeks, my online status has been randomly jumping from online to offline on its own despite remaining connected to multi-player matches and the Internet. One moment everything is business as usual and the next my profile page will state
    that I was last seen x number of minutes ago on whatever game/app I was using last. And since my xbone is convinced I'm offline, I can't receive party or game invites even if I tell my friends that I am in fact online.

    I've tried hard resetting my xbox, signing out of my profile, DELETING my profile, messing around with visibility settings and pretty much every other solution that I can think of. So far, none of the solutions I've tried searching for on the web have faired
    any better either.

    If anyone knows of any solution, I'm all ears. At this point, even a simple explanation of why this is happening would be great.

    iam trying to sign in but it will not let me changed profiles signed right in no problems my account is still active wtf?

    You don't really "change" what profile is signed in. If you are logged in on an account, press the Guide button and then (X) to log out. Once complete, press (X) again to log in. If you don't see your desired profile on this list, back out and select Recover
    Profile.

    perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

    Hi aLocoChupacabra

    This is a Bug i have experienced and there is no Solution Sadly so please bare with me while an Xbox Staff Member resolves it. And the Offline Problem is probably a Bug related to your WiFi Connection nothing to do with the XBL Servers.
