Online Stalking/Harassment

I know this might sound trivial but I don't really know what to do about a person who has been obsessively stalking me on xbox for the past year, it got so bad he was forced to block me to stay in a mutual club we were in because he would continue to instigate
an argument or get a response outta me, in the end he unblocked me to try and instigate a fight on my post which led to him getting banned after I showed the admins pictures of his messages and long history of his behavior. Now though he's sending people my
way to mess with me and making up things to trash talk me to other people in our community. I already blocked him and can block whoever he sends but I feel like his obsession is getting worse and the more I try to keep him away the more obsessive he becomes.
I'm not even sure where to even put this up because Xbox doesn't have anything I can go to for something this weird and creepy, is there anything thing that can be done?

As the behavior of the person you described falls on this pattern for your own security and the security of other people I suggest you to contact the local authorities and denounce such behavior as soon as possible!
