I haven't been able to play AW or Ghosts for over a month now. I've gone through all the steps, restart, delete and download my profile, port forwarding and actually completely taking down the firewall, checking and rechecking my live access and losing my
*** mind. I am at a loss here, my internet works perfectly, I can play other games online with no issues and all the right ports are open on my router. It worked fine for quite a while then, if I remember correctly, there was an update and poof no more AW
live... I don't even know what else to check and I'm sick of playing Blackops2. Someone please help me with this!

If you don't remember your gamer tag, I would recommend to contact a friend that has added you to help provide your the gamer tag, and then reach out to

Customer Support.

Total mess.

It was a great idea but it did not have the outcome either one of us expected. I'm certain that I selected the option that kept games but it wiped them out anyway. It also loaded a new profile. For some reason it didn't recognize my old one that's should
be associated with my email. I can't remember the old handle and there seems to be nothing else attached to my email. Too frustrated and pissed off to try anymore. I'm leaving until tomorrow. There is no
(Mod Removed-Inappropriate Language) it should be this complicated

Hey Traveller9675,

I would suggest performing a
powercycle.

Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 secs
Once the console shuts off, unplug the power cord from the wall socket for 1-2 mins.

If you've tried that already, I would suggest you try a
soft factory reset. This will restore the operating system to factory defaults but will keep your content installed on the hard drive. Make sure you take the disc out before you start the reset and have your account log in information available.

If you complete that and it's still not letting you play online, then I suggest re-installing the game.

Let us know once you try those steps.
