Online Servers Non Existent or Ridiculous Pings

Total garbage servers if any open for XBox online (BF1). Microsoft, if you want to charge for an online experience, please make sure it works. Been garbage online (Like 300 Plus Ping) maybe 1 server if any for the past week in February 2018. Fix your trash!!
Should have bought a PlayStation!! And no, it's not my internet connection that is over 200 GB download, so please don't use your generic cannned response. Very dissapointed, LONG time XBox Customer!

How does Battlefield 4 play on XB1?

It's still pretty buggy. Lot of lag creeping in lately and the European servers are non-existent in some game modes.

The Battlefield servers are run by EA not Microsoft. Are you trying to play a custom game?

The latency is so high because it pings a central server in Seattle. Living in the UK i get around 160 ms. The closer you get the lower the ping.

This ping doesn't mean anything when gaming online. Most games choose the closest server to your region/location to connect to games.

XBox live support is in fact non-existent here.

I can't decide if it's more ridiculous to pay for content that doesn't work, or to pay a subscription to a service that offers no real user support....

I've no idea, but excising Ground War is so ridiculous it makes my head hurt.

Plus by all accounts the dedicated servers don't exist.
