    I was approached by my wife letting me know that a couple of guys (gamer tags: [mod removed]) was joining a private party without being invited, even after they had been kicked and blocked. Upon entering the party they were saying personal information
    about one of the boys in the party. They continued making statements that they knew personal information about ALL of the boys. Upon looking I have no personal info on the Xbox. This took place in the game Roblox. I do hope that someone takes this very seriously.
    I did get on the mic myself and inform them to leave the children alone and that they were being reported. They were reported then and there on the Xbox BUT given that personal info could only have been gotten if the Google acct was hacked I felt the need
    to reach out to Google. Can anything more be done to safeguard against them doing this to other children? These boys are terrified!

    you did the right thing by reporting them, but you should not have responded to them.

    many trolls do things such as this to provoke a response that they can report for harassment (or offensive language, threats, etc) so it is always best to report them then block them.

    you should also consider contacting local law enforcement about them as they may be committing a crime by "cyber-stalking".

    you should make sure that the settings for Party Chat is Invite Only for your boys and that their friends also set Parties to Invite Only to prevent people from joining randomly or from their friends list.

    I appreciate you checking your privacy settings and making sure that they're all set to "allow". In order for us to isolate the issue, are you on Xbox or PC?

    If you're on an Xbox console, you need to have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to play the game.
