online safety settings not working

Hello everyine i have a problem with my online safety settings, when i try to play online iam getting this message-> you cannot see content created by others due to your account settings. if you want to change this, adjust the privacy settings for xbox in settings -> account -> privacy and online safety. I tried this option but my online safety is on allowed/everyone i never had this problem before i copied my friend setting he can play online with no problem and i still get the same message. I checked my familie settings i dont have anyim the only one on the accoun, I also remove my account from my xbox and readd it again this did not work. I also reset my hole console this also did not work for me. I rechanged my setting again 24 hours i was hoping this would retrigger the settings but it also did not help. So iam basicly out of options to think about does anyone have a idea how to fix this?

Hello again, this is really weird, I know you've tried to remove your account from your console, but try to perform a reset by keeping games and Apps on the console, because in the settings part it's all right.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Hello again, this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, the ideal would be to contact Microsoft support via chat, so they can check your account and see what is happening to it.

You've tried the same but accessing through your PC through the Xbox website if you haven't tried the instructions below.

Click the link below and sign in with the account you use on Xbox.

You'll see the options:

-Privacy

-Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety

-Xbox 360 Online Safety

Click the one you want, and after selecting "Allow" for the options go down the page and click Submit.

Hello i already tried this 2days ago and i tried it yesterday aswell iam still getting the same message about to go to settings -> account -> privacy and online safety =/

My friend also tried to change the settings on a diffrent xbox he gets the same message but he does not have the problem on hes own account we have the same settings
