Online refund order form?

Since when can't this company worth TRILLIONS of DOLLARS perform a refund on a support call? I guess that fortune we gave them isn't good enough anymore. So now I have to fill out a request form that some [mod removed] drew up and hope
it doesn't get "lost" like soooooo many of my service tickets before mysteriously have in the past 3 years (which I kept screenshots of). Let me not get this refund.....boi.....

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Be thankful there is a refund option. The rule for years has been no refunds on any digital purchases.

If you go to you Microsoft account, under purchases you can see if there is a refund option there for a specific item. If it's not there the

refund form is the next option.

 

I've been getting refunds on their god awful games for years. U try to pass off trash on people and claim its gold, you've gotta stand behind your product or you won't have a customer base anymore. Companies go bankrupt every day from that strategy...nobody's
exempt. U know (mistress) is short for "not good enough", right?

 

Well best I can say is if it goes through it goes through if not then that's how policy is. Also for future reference, I would suggest leaving smart retorts out of comments. Its a form of harassment.

I think $5,000 worth of transactions in 10 months is worthy of a $40.19 refund. If you don't think so, I will bring a
(Mod Removed-Profanity) down on Microsoft of evidence i've built over the past 2 years and sue you to the point you'll be begging me to settle. You can try to cover up and delete all of the
(Mod Removed-Profanity) evidence you want, but the screenshots dont lie. Try me
