Online Purchasing Issue

So,I brought the Ultimate Edition version of Battlefield Hardline on the xbox one online store,installed everything,but,when I try to start it,an error pop-up saying:"You have this game or application? If you have a game disc insert it now, make sure that
you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the right to play it, you need to try. You need to purchase it does on Xbox Store. (0x87de07d1) " Checked everything,yet it don't worked,I really want my game. I've already contacted EA of this.yet no response.

It also don't show up on my games' list,and I checked carefully I was on the right account.I've already paid it,and I don't want to waste 100$ dollars in vain.

purchasing issue

I am trying to buy the Fifa 15 holiday bundle for xbox 1 with store credit. It keeps on saying that I am blocked from purchases of free or paid content. It then says in the help to go to settings>privacy and online safety. Once I go to this it says your
privacy settings are in effect, but can't be changed until we connect to the service. I am connected to Live just to throw out that possible problem. Please Help!

Issue purchasing

When I try to purchase the game it redirects me to the UK store and says 'You have no valid payment options on file' and when I try to update them I cant put my country(Ireland) in. I've tried to buy on the console itself as well and then same thing keeps
happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you playing on the same account which bought the game?

If not, you would need to use the purchasing account to set the console as your "Home Xbox" after which the other accounts on the console could play the game.

You could attempt the purchase from the console. As for the text, I've found that it can take a fair amount of time to go through depending on the carrier. Have you tried having them call your home number instead?

The currency conversions haven't been fully updated to the website yet, so most purchases cab only be done by the console at the moment.

Anyone know if Currency transactions will be coming to Xbox.ca as we used to be able to do via Microsoft Points?

Agree with onyx on this one. when I tried a purchase online it wouldn't let me switch to currency already in my account but on the console it worked just fine. I also have noticed that the email option is the quickest aside from maybe the phone option.
text has always been slow when I have tried it.
