Online purchased game not unlocked

I purchased the expansion pack for Little nightmares Secrets of the Maw, I played it once about a month ago, was going to replay it, now it says it’s locked! And does not show up in my games.

Online Achievement Unlocked Without Timestamp

It should not be possible to have an unlocked online-only achievement without a date showing. The complication is that, for example, not all multiplayer achievements are "online only"-- some games allow for such achievements to be unlocked by local,
offline play or System Link, but some games do not. Often, achievements that are online-only will say "online" or "ranked" in their descriptions to indicate that they can't be unlocked offline, but not always.

Do games purchased before the wild west count for achievment rewards?

Hello Shigeruken,

Achievements must be unlocked in games that you purchased that progressed and completed this offer, as stated in the FAQ:

Level 3: Ford the River (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you would not have completed level 1, you would not unlock level 3.

You need to purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play online. The 'online axxess' code simply unlocks the online part of the game. Companies have been doing this to kill the pre-owned market.

Fan Axxess is what you buy to unlock everything at one time... Online Axxess is a code that is included with your game for the online capabilites as long as you purchased a new copy....

I believe this has to do with the free version. Unless you purchase one of the paid packages or a single character, it seems you can't unlock anything. You are only able to play online and all of the available modes, but no achievements or other unlockable
in-game items. It is more like a demo than free game. Also, you are only able to get fight titles with the characters you have purchased.
